Here’s how you can check the actual Korea import duty rates applied. If you’re planning to export to Korea, you may be curious about Korea import duty rates that apply during the import customs clearance process.

Korea import duty rates
- In order to check Korea duty rates, go to the Korea Customs Law Information Portal.

2. The basic page is available in Korean, but you can easily switch to the English version with a simple adjustment. -> Click the “English list – Tariff Rate Table” menu at the bottom right corner.

3. Enter the HS code of the product you want to export to Korea.
- Korea import rates are determined based on 10-digit HS code and it is called as HSK. -> To check the exact duty rate, you need to identify the 10-digit HS code of your product.

4. You can check ‘basic tax rate and ‘flexible-concession tax rate’

5. if you need to check other duty rate like FTA tariff, you can click the bottom button

6. If you can issue an FTA Certificate of Origin(C/O), you may apply the preperential FTA tariff rate. Otherwise, you can refer to basic or WTO tariff rate when exporting to Korea.
